Place a few spoonfuls of alfalfa seeds into a glass container (Mason Jar) and soak them for twelve hours. Use three parts of warm water (60-70F) for one part of the seeds.
In twelve hours, drain thoroughly and rinse your alfalfa sprouting seeds and drain again, cover them with a tea towel or sprouting mesh. Leave them at the room temperature but away from the direct sunlight. Rinse and drain every twelve hours for three days to four days, until you see healthy, long sprouts.
On day four, rinse your alfalfa sprout seeds as usual but do not cover them with a towel anymore. Please place them in a sunny but not direct light place for the sprouts to become green. Repeat the rinse and drain procedure every twelve hours.
